These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Weekend Bear Club website, online store, products and related services. Throughout these Terms, “Weekend Bear Club,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Weekend Bear Club. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or person using our services.
By visiting our website, creating an account or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
OUR ONLINE STORE
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display and sell our products. Purchases made through the store are transactions between you and Weekend Bear Club.
Our website and services are intended for lawful personal and commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
AGE AND AUTHORITY
You must have reached the age of majority in your province, state or country to place an order. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
If you purchase on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing current, complete and accurate account, billing, payment and delivery information.
If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your password and restricting access to your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or close accounts associated with fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct or repeated violations of these Terms.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and specifications. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations may cause the physical product to appear slightly different from its online presentation.
Garment measurements may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Customers should review the applicable product description and size guide before ordering.
We may update product descriptions, specifications, prices or availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted unless required to correct an obvious error or agreed upon with the customer.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Many Weekend Bear Club products are printed or prepared after an order is placed. Small variations in print placement, colour, texture or finish may occur between production batches and are not necessarily defects.
Production generally begins shortly after an order is confirmed. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.
A standard Weekend Bear Club design printed after purchase is not automatically considered personalized. Products customized with customer-requested names, wording, images or other individual specifications may be non-returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or identified on the website. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, customs duties, import charges or taxes calculated during checkout.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders already accepted.
If a product or order contains an obvious pricing or calculation error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products under these Terms. Receiving an automated order confirmation does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or fulfilled.
We reserve the right to reject, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, delivery restrictions or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.
ORDER LIMITS AND RESELLING
We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method or order when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale or misuse of promotional offers.
Please contact us before placing unusually large commercial or resale orders.
PAYMENT
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Your payment provider may apply additional terms, currency conversion charges or processing requirements. We are not responsible for fees imposed independently by your bank or payment provider.
Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized or verified.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Most orders require approximately 3–7 business days for production, followed by an estimated 9–14 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Weekend Bear Club is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
Shipping charges, tracking, customs, separate shipments and lost-package procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
Used products and products that do not satisfy our return conditions will not be refunded.

DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, dates and exclusions. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively.
We may correct, suspend or cancel a promotion affected by an obvious technical error, fraud, misuse or inaccurate publication.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be subject to additional conditions displayed at purchase. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
You are responsible for protecting gift-card information. We are not responsible for unauthorized use after a valid gift-card code has been delivered to the purchaser or recipient.
ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION
We try to keep website information accurate and current, but typographical errors, technical errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
We may correct errors and update information when discovered. Where an error materially affects an existing order, we will contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Weekend Bear Club name, logos, graphics, artwork, product designs, photographs, videos, written content, website layout and other original material are owned by or licensed to Weekend Bear Club and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any artwork, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property appearing on that product.
REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to provide it.
You grant Weekend Bear Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, edit and share that content for store operations, customer service and marketing, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.
You must not submit content that is false, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, unlawful, deceptive or infringing upon another person’s rights.
We may moderate or remove user content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to publish every submission.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
Prohibited activity includes introducing malicious code; attempting unauthorized access; interfering with website security; scraping content without permission; submitting false information; impersonating another person; infringing intellectual-property rights; conducting fraudulent chargebacks; or using automated systems that disrupt normal store operation.
We may restrict access, cancel affected orders or report unlawful conduct when reasonably necessary.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, production, shipping, analytics, advertising and other functions.
Your use of certain third-party services may be subject to that provider’s separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent services outside our reasonable control.

INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Weekend Bear Club against third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of our website, your infringement of another person’s rights or your material violation of these Terms.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, customs delays, labour disputes, government restrictions, public emergencies, internet failures or supply-chain disruptions.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and complete affected obligations when reasonably possible.
TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may stop using our services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe that you have materially violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or created a security risk.
Obligations relating to payment, intellectual property, liability and other provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

If these Terms conflict with a product-specific offer or mandatory consumer law, the product-specific terms or mandatory law will apply to the extent of that conflict.
